This photo was taken last month when I visited Zurich. I remember when I took this picture, I separated myself from the group I was traveling with and looked onto the beautiful waterfront in front of my eyes. I stood there for a few moments looking out to the water I felt at peace. It was just me and the water.

Texture project
This project was influenced by our montage exercise. I wanted to capture the way the light sneaks through the textile or bounces on their surface and sneaks in to their cracks. For this project I used one stand light and a white sheet of paper to create a clear environment for the fabric. I tried to show the contrast of few silky and rough clothings. I also used some found objects such as old rusty, dirty paint brushes and sponges from the art room, my shoes, jeans and scarf.
Shadow Project
I decided to create the shadow project in the name of appreciation of light. Photography is capturing light and I tried to use the reflection of the nominal amount as I could. The darkness of each photograph is characterized by a slight ray of light which is elucidates the characteristic angles of my models.

This is my favorite piece of my project. The calmness of his facial expression and the interesting, mysterious source of light creates an inexplicable, intimate impression. In a dark room I used one source of light, which was reflected from a mirror so I got a broken but still strong illumination of his face.
I was lucky to have the help of Airton, Dolly, Orel and Niv to complete this project.
For this photo I used a stand small light. The bulb creates a smoky effect which is very interesting on the white, empty wall. As her position is so ancillary the focal point of the picture is the wall. I like this picture because her simple appearance is defined by the strange almost unnatural presence.

The Body Project
I used the same method of light in all three pictures. This is a picture of a boy's back and the light complimented every curvature of his body. I found this picture very beautiful and interesting because when someone looks at this photo their eyes immediately focus on the central figure.
This is a picture of a boy in the dark room. I had a very slow shutter speed and therefore the picture became a bit blurry. But I found the movement complimentary for the photo and it evidently became one of my favorites.
This photo is part of my new project called "The Body". I find different parts of the body very beautiful and therefore took snapshots of various parts in the dark room. In the dark room I let two very dim lights shine, and in return I got very interesting shadows.
Coffee Cup Girl
This picture was taken of a girl in the streets of south Tel Aviv. I really LOVE the composition because of the fact that the coffee cup appears to be emerging from the top of her head, which I find interesting.
Self

These are self portraits that I took yesterday. I liked them because my camera made a small bokah filter so that it blurred out part of the photos and focused on my eyes.
Manipulations/Shadows
All these photos were done by a lot of manipulations. They all started with a blank new document and have been put together through different effects and pictures. The first one is part of my project on shadows and the rest are completely manipulated. I like the use of color in these pictures, you can see that each one has a specific main color scheme.I Hate Broccoli
This is a photo of an elementary schooler's art work. I chose this photo because I figured this kid must be pretty determined to dislike broccoli if they put it on their artwork!
